According to Milford Police, the crash occurred on June 20, 2026, at approximately 2:14 a.m. when a 2010 Toyota Tacoma was traveling eastbound on Shawnee Road at a high rate of speed. For reasons that remain under investigation, the vehicle left the roadway near the entrance to the Cypress Hall Shopping Center, striking an electrical pole and a tree before overturning multiple times and coming to rest upside down in a nearby retention pond.

Emergency responders, including Milford Police officers and firefighters from the Carlisle Fire Company, quickly arrived at the scene and worked to rescue the sole occupant from the submerged vehicle. Emergency medical personnel performed life-saving measures before Noah was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite their efforts, he later succumbed to his injuries.
